No one is providing MS-DOS with windows - you do get a command prompt emulator that is *like* the old MS-DOS. However - Windows no longer runs on top of DOS.
I can make "COMMAND + Shift + < work, but not "COMMAND + Shift + <" I understand now this has to do with my Norwegian Keyboard design layout! Not sure how to solve it. < and > have seperate keys on the US keyboard, on the Norwegian keyboard < > is sharing the SAME key! In order to get "<", SHIFT cannot be used at the same time!
If you are trying to change your own password and are having problems accessing the Control Panel then open an elevated command prompt and enter the command " control.exe /name Microsoft.UserAccounts /page pageChangeMyPassword " (without the quote marks) to reach the correct panel to change your password.
